Flinders University Associate Professor Udoy Saikia contributed to the 4th National Human Development Report in Timor-Leste. The findings of the report in regards to Timorese youth led to the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) establishing the youth centre Knua Juventude Fila-Liman. Udoy Saikia speaks with project manager Felisberta Moniz da Silva to discuss how the centre is making a permanent change in the lives of youth.
